Studies and Research: Huplaso, a 35% Increase in Yield!

MARION TÉTEGAN SIMON
Dr. Marion Tétégan Simon, PhD in Soil Science, is the Scientific Director of the Peatlands, Soils, and Sustainable Development program at the Coastal Zones Research Institute. It was through a collaboration with her that we were able to quantify the positive effects of Huplaso on crops.

Greenhouse Experiment on Tomatoes
Foreword
Huplaso was compared to a control for the greenhouse experiment. Regarding yield analysis, it was compared to 4 different competing products.
For each substrate created, a growth monitoring of the tomato plant was carried out in the greenhouse.

Field Experiment on Potatoes
Foreword
The experiment took place in a commercial potato field. We harvested 40 potato plants from each treatment to measure and compare yield.

Greenhouse Experiment on Radish
Foreword
Greenhouse experiments on radish were conducted to verify the agricultural potential of Huplaso as an amendment. During the growth of the plants, several parameters were observed weekly: height, number of leaves, chlorophyll content, diameter, weight as well as harvest rating.
